Common questions
Is the taster session really free?+
Yes — completely. It's a full 30-minute one-to-one session with Arjan, with no payment details required and no obligation to continue.
How do online lessons work?+
Lessons run over video call with a shared whiteboard, so tutor and student can write and solve problems together in real time. You just need a laptop or tablet and a quiet space.
Which exam boards do you cover?+
We teach all the major UK exam boards — AQA, Edexcel, OCR and others. Tell us your board when you book and your tutor will tailor every lesson to it.
What happens after the taster session?+
If you'd like to continue, we'll suggest a regular weekly slot and a simple plan built around your goals. If it's not the right fit, there's no pressure whatsoever.
How often should lessons be?+
Most students have one lesson a week, with more frequent sessions available in the run-up to exams. We'll recommend a rhythm after the taster session.
